  • Return Policy

    At TE&A Hatchery LLC, all sales are final. Because we sell live-developed hatching eggs and other perishable poultry products, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been shipped or delivered. Conditions during transit, postal handling, weather, and individual incubation practices are outside of our control, so we cannot guarantee hatch rates or final hatch results.

     

    Hatching Eggs

    Due to the fragile and perishable nature of hatching eggs:

    • All hatching egg sales are final

    • No returns or refunds will be given for eggs that do not hatch, fail to develop, or arrive with reduced viability due to shipping stress

    • We do not guarantee hatch rates, fertility rates, or successful incubation outcomes.


    Shipping can affect embryo development even when eggs appear undamaged. For that reason, eggs that do not develop are not automatically considered infertile.


     Damaged or Broken Eggs

    We do our best to package eggs carefully so they arrive safely. If your order arrives with eggs broken in transit, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

    To request review of a damage claim, please provide:

    • Clear photos of the broken eggs

    • Clear photos of the packaging and shipping box

    • Your order number


    Approved damage claims may qualify for, at our sole discretion:

    • a one-time replacement

    • store credit

    • a partial refund


    We do not guarantee a full refund for broken eggs.

     

    Fertility and Hatch Concerns

    Because hatch success depends on many factors outside our control, including shipping stress, temperature fluctuations, humidity, incubator calibration, turning practices, and handling after delivery, we do not offer refunds for low hatch rates, poor development, or incubation losses.


    Any exception to this policy is made case by case and at the sole discretion of TE&A Hatchery LLC.


    Order Cancellations

    Orders may only be canceled if the cancellation request is made before the order has been packed, prepared, or scheduled for shipment.

    If a cancellation is approved, it may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover processing, payment, and scheduling costs.


    Once an order has been packed or shipped, it cannot be canceled and is no longer eligible for refund.

     

    Incorrect Orders

    If you receive the wrong item or believe there was an error in your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos if applicable. We will review the issue and work to make it right if the mistake was ours.

     

    Policy Acceptance

    By placing an order with TE&A Hatchery LLC, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this return policy and understand the risks involved with shipped hatching eggs and poultry-related products.
